Plentyi is our living innovation lab, designed to transform how New Yorkers move through the city. Today, it operates parking garages located in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens, while also maintaining a strategic EV charging partnership.

Plentyi connects drivers with affordable, flexible parking and gives garages smarter tools to save time, reduce manual work, and grow revenue. To make parking even more convenient, we also partner with complementary services like vehicle cleaning and maintenance — helping drivers get more done while they’re parked.

More than parking, Plentyi is building the foundation for smart city mobility — reducing congestion, expanding accessibility, and preparing for the integration of next-generation technologies.
